                                                            Job description

On behalf of our client, and due to continued success and business growth, we have an immediate start for a Warehouse Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing regular work, Based in a warehouse environment.

Located in the Hull area, Great public transport routes


  • Monitor issues with stock orders;
  • Inform internal and external customers about any changes with orders;
  • Maintain filing records daily and archive monthly;
  • General administrative duties such as – filing, photocopying, stationary orders;
  • Assist logistics team process customer returns;
  • Deal and respond to emails/calls in a timely manner;
  • Assisting the department manager with administrative paperwork and IT work;
  • Update IT system with accuracy.
  • Invoicing;
  • Administration of orders;
  • Supervising a small team of warehouse / stores operatives;
  • Clean and prepare products ready for photographing;
  • Liaise with courier in regards to timely delivery and next day delivery to ensure prompt arrival of products.


  • Previous warehouse experience (desirable);
  • Microsoft Office packages;
  • Good working knowledge of warehouse / transport procedures;
  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Accepts additional challenges and responsibilities;
  • Willing to step in and help other areas as required;
  • Administrative experience;
  • Proficiency in MS office (MS word and MS excel);
  • Deal and respond to emails/calls in a timely manner;
  • Maintain filing records daily and archive monthly;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Confident and professional telephone manner;
  • Previous administrative experience essential.

Working Monday to Friday 0900-1500

This role could lead to permanent in the future, subject to performance and business volumes.
