Part time position working two days per week Tuesday and Thursday for a family run business in Hull.

Main responsibilities include the processing of paperwork relating to Sage 50 Accounts, creating invoices as required for both sales and purchases.

Processing timesheets on a weekly basis every Tuesday and run the payroll system using Sage 50 Payroll.

Control of goods inwards/delivery documents.

To use general office procedures to ensure prompt filling of invoices (both sales and purchase) and correspondence.

To control the filing of Process Control Procedure (PCP) sheets on a regular basis.

Accurate filing to ensure traceability to adhere to ISO 9001(2015) standards.

To answer incoming phone calls transferring to the relevant staff as required.

To operate front door intercom and lock door systems as required.

To work in a clean and tidy manner and have due regard to the care of the equipment.

To ensure that company policy is adhered to in such a matter as training, discipline, safety, security etc.

You can be required to undertake such other duties, temporarily or on a continuing basis, as may be required.
